Pumpkin Spice Dip

Happy Pumpkin Pie Spice Season! There is no better way to celebrate the season than with a charcuterie board featuring this Pumpkin Spice Dip! It offers a lot of variety. Serve as a party appetizer, a simple meal, or a hearty snack, depending on how you build yours.

Ingredients:

1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Chobani brand)

3/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.

2. Serve with sliced apples, pears, ginger snaps, graham crackers, or sticks.

3. Refrigerate any leftovers.

There are so many foods for dipping into this festive fall dip! Choose a few from the following: sliced apples, sliced pears, bagels, pretzels, graham crackers or graham sticks (Back to Nature brand), or even ginger snaps.

It's time to fill the rest of your charcuterie board. Here are some ideas for you: dried fruits (ex. apricots, Bare brand apple chips, dates), the fruit of your choice (ex. strawberries, blueberries, grapes), vegetables of your choice (ex. mini peppers, cucumbers, carrots), cheese cubes or slices, popcorn, crackers, chocolate-covered pretzels, or hummus.
