How every small step can lead you towards your GOAL.

People ask me all the time about my eating habits. I tell them I focus on fueling my body by consuming balanced meals, small snacks in between (which means listening to my hunger cues), & keeping higher calorie foods in moderation (yes, I eat cake!).

When counseling clients, I inspire them to create healthy lifestyle habits and encourage them to take small steps to lead them to those BIG rewards!
