It’s all about maintaining a healthy immune system through consuming a variety of foods packed with those key nutrients to help our bodies fight off those germs.

Vitamin A - broccoli, carrots, squash, salmon, cantaloupe, apricots, & dairy
Vitamin C - citrus fruits, Brussels sprouts, strawberries, peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, & kiwis
Vitamin E - leafy green vegetables, heart healthy fats (soybean, corn, & canola oils), seeds, sweet potatoes, nuts, tofu, & wheat germ
Folate - leafy green vegetables (spinach & turnip greens), legumes, & fortified grain products
Iron - various meats & legumes
Selenium - breads, cereals, & various meats
Zinc - various meats, dairy, & legumes
