S'mores Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup 1% milk
1 ripe banana
2 Tbsp. sun/nut butter (I used peanut butter)
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup marshmallows, melted (30 sec. in microwave)
1/2 Tbsp. crushed graham crackers
Directions:
1. Blend the first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Divide smoothie into 2 cups
3. Top with marshmallows & graham crackers crumbs and enjoy!
