Meal Planning

Having a dinner plan can save you time & money!

The struggle is real with various family schedules & meal prep. For many of my clients, it is a common theme.

Sitting down and planning seven meals might not be something you can do right now, and that's ok! I find planning five dinner meals at a time works best for us. Maybe you’re still saying that is too overwhelming, again, totally ok!

Here’s what I would suggest.

Start by picking three meals, build more days into your plan as you are ready to add more.

  1. Try asking your family what they would like or favorites they would like to be on the menu to help plan. It’s a great way to involve the whole family. You may get some hilarious answers too along the way.

  2. Swap recipes with friends. It’s a great way to get different meal ideas!

  3. Grab a meal planning board from your local craft store or a piece of paper can work well too and write those meals down.

This way your family will know what’s being served. There will be hopefully fewer trips to the grocery store. And you will be saving money from impulse food purchases.
