Layered Fruit Popsicles

These fruit-packed popsicles are a refreshing & healthy summer treat! They incorporate fruit & Greek yogurt with a small amount of honey (I used even less) to hide the tartness.

Prep: 10 mins. Freeze time: 6-8 hours Makes: 6 popsicles

It’s a great recipe to get your kids involved in the kitchen. I let my kids decide what fruits they wanted to mix in to create the layers. We started with the recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction, which can be found below. Then we made small batches that incorporated a different fruit.
