Banana Split Oatmeal

Change up your breakfast routine and try this Healthy Banana Split Oatmeal!

Yes, it tastes amazing, and it’s nourishing! It is full of whole grains, fiber, protein, fruits & vitamins/minerals.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup uncooked quick oats

1 cup milk or water or a combination

Sliced bananas & strawberries

1-2 Tbsp. chocolate granola

Optional: Nuts for additional protein

Directions:

1. Place oats and liquid in a microwaveable safe bowl for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes.

2. Add sliced bananas, strawberries, granola, and optional nuts to the mixture.
