Bi-weekly sessions

When you register, it includes 12, 45-mins. 1-on-1 coaching sessions every two weeks with a registered dietitian. These sessions are designed to answer your questions and help you carve a path curated to your health and goals.

Personalized next steps

Depending on your nutritional needs and goals, Jessica will provide you with next steps catered to helping you address any challenges or situations you’re facing as well as nutrition tips to help you reach your goals. You will also have access to messaging, email, and optional journal feedback.

Accountability

Besides overcoming your challenges, Jessica also wants YOU to be successful, so she will send healthy recipes to your inbox. She will also provide a 2-hr. virtual cooking demonstration along with an hour grocery store tour (virtual or in person).
