5- Ingredient Chocolate Granola
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats (must use)
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Optional add ins:
almond, walnuts, or peanuts
coconut pieces
chocolate chips
cranberries
sunflower seeds
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together oats and cocoa powder until combined. In a liquid measuring cup mix together canola oil, vanilla, honey. Microwave for 10 seconds and gently stir mixture. Add to dry oat mixture and combine until well coated.
3. Spread mixture evenly onto a baking sheet. Bake for 30 mins. Let cool completely and add in the optional ingredients.
